This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced teacher who wants to help pupils reach their full potential.
Responsibilities of the SEN Teacher:
* Plan and deliver personalised lessons to meet the needs of students with SEN
* Work closely with support staff and other professionals to provide tailored support
* Monitor and assess students' progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding student progress
* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students in your care.
Requirements for the SEN Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience working with children with SEN, particularly in a school setting
* Strong understanding of different learning needs and strategies to support students
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work well as part of a team
* A passion for helping children with SEN to succeed
* A valid Enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or be willing to obtain one).
