About the Role
As an Entry Level Payroll Specialist at ADP, you will work alongside seasoned professionals who will guide and support you to enhance your professional skills while gaining relevant experience in a business environment. Once you join the business you will go through an 8 week paid intensive training period where we teach you everything you need to create an excellent foundation to build a successful and rewarding career with ADP. Every day, you will utilize multiple tools and resources to develop accurate, comprehensive, and friendly responses to clients' inquiries regarding payroll practices and tax considerations. The nature of what you do every day will not change – your #1 goal is to help clients. Every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide each client. Upon your successful completion of the training program, you will join our fast‑paced Service Team as a Payroll Specialist.

Qualifications
* Good general education up to GCSE or equivalent, including Maths & English
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
* Customer service experience from any sector (desirable but not essential)
