Are you passionate about all things digital? Do you dream of turning creative ideas into impactful online campaigns? Flame UK, a leading provider of sustainable waste, energy, and resource management solutions, is on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Apprentice to join our growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment while working towards a recognised digital marketing qualification. You'll support the development and execution of digital campaigns, learn to manage social media channels, and help grow our online presence—all while making a real difference in a business that puts sustainability at its core.
In this role, you’ll work towards yourLevel 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship,delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
* Monitor and adjust marketing campaigns to stay within budget
* Support event planning and manage print material costs
* Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Zoho CRM, Lead Forensics, and social media insights
* Publish content via WordPress, Wix, Meta Business Suite, Co-Schedule, and Zoho
* Design marketing materials using Adobe Suite and Canva
* Deliver multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, website, brochures, leaflets, and events
* Use platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Adobe, Canva, and email tools
* Communicate with sales, marketing teams, clients, and suppliers
* Help increase brand visibility, generate quality leads, improve CRM follow-up, and enhance marketing ROI
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

* Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
* Grade 5 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role
* Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Interest in marketing, communications, and business development

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Digital Marketer.
