Flame Healthis recruiting for an ambitious and self-motivated Optical Advisor/Supervisor to join our respected client’s store in North London.
The Role
As an Optical Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding patient journey. Responsibilities include:
* Meeting and greeting customers and patients in a professional, welcoming manner
* Conducting pre-screening tests using modern diagnostic equipment
* Dispensing spectacles and providing tailored product advice
* Booking and managing appointments efficiently
* Supporting & Supervising the clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Previous optical experience would be advantageous as you may be required to work in a Supervisor capacity.
