About the Role
As Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations across our campus facilities. You’ll lead a team of skilled operatives and contractors, ensuring high standards of service delivery in areas such as maintenance, cleaning, security, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate FM services across the campus
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
* Manage contractors and service providers to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes
* Support planned and reactive maintenance activities
* Monitor performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
* Act as a point of contact for FM-related queries and emergencies
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
* Proven experience in facilities management or building services
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A proactive, solution-focused approach
* Knowledge of health & safety and compliance standards
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
