ABOUT THE BUSINESS We are working exclusively with Zunikh, a privately owned UK property development and investment business that develops and invests in property as well as property-backed businesses. Zunikh takes a broad and flexible approach to real estate and is open to opportunities across different asset types, sizes and locations, provided there is a clear real estate focus. The business is active throughout the full property lifecycle, from acquiring sites and delivering developments through to ongoing asset management. Alongside direct property investment, Zunikh also invests into real estate holding companies and property-focused businesses, working closely with advisers, funders and delivery partners to support its projects. Zunikh operates with a hands-on, detail-driven approach. Projects are carefully structured, commercially focused and underpinned by a strong emphasis on deal structure, risk management and long-term outcomes. As part of this, it is looking to appoint a junior real estate lawyer to work closely with senior leadership and support the day-to-day legal and commercial activity of the business. THE OPPORTUNITY This is a genuinely varied role for a junior real estate lawyer who is interested in working within a property business rather than a traditional private practice environment. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, supporting the legal, commercial and operational aspects of the business. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting on a broad range of real estate matters including acquisitions, disposals, asset management and development projects. Acting as a central point of contact for day-to-day legal and technical queries. Liaising with external law firms, consultants, funders and professional advisers. Reviewing and managing documentation and correspondence. Assisting with transaction management and due diligence processes. Providing general commercial and legal support as the business continues to grow. This role will suit someone who enjoys responsibility, variety and being close to decision-making within a growing real estate platform. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (2 PQE) with a solid grounding in real estate law. Commercially minded and proactive. Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment. Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities. Confident communicator able to engage with senior stakeholders.
