Role Description:
You will be responsible for delivering Physics lessons across KS3 to KS5, preparing students for GCSE and A-Level examinations. The role involves supporting a curriculum that integrates theoretical knowledge with hands-on experiments, fostering curiosity and critical thinking.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver comprehensive Physics lessons that inspire students and deepen understanding

Develop schemes of work and assessment strategies aligned with national standards

Facilitate practical investigations and oversee safe laboratory practices

Support and encourage participation in STEM initiatives, including science fairs and external competitions

Collaborate closely with colleagues across the Science faculty to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning
Ideal Candidate:

A degree in Physics or a closely related subject with QTS
*
Experience teaching Physics at KS4 and KS5, ideally within a high-achieving school setting
