Job Title: Mechanical Project Engineer Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 (including additional company benefits) Location: Central London Company Description I am currently recruiting a Mechanical Project Engineer in partnership with one of the UK's most highly regarded M&E contractors. My client are a forward thinking and dynamic business that typically specialise across the commercial office, data centre, hi-tech, pharmacutical, hotel & residential construction sectors. Projects are mostly located within the city of London & surrounding zones, whilst projects are valued between £10 million - £70 million per scheme. Due to experiencing an exciting period of growth in addition to a strong pipeline, an opening has now arisen for a Mechanical Project Engineer to play a key role on a £30 million Commercial office project in Central London. This is a great opportunity for a well-established Engineer to take their career to a new level and have the ability to say they have been a vital part in the construction of one of the largest and most intricate projects in Europe currently. Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience Ideally the individual should have a minimum of 8 years' experience working in a similar position. Large commercial, data centre, healthcare & infrastructure project experience valued upwards of £25 million M&E. Administer procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials. Project experience £25million Liaising with clients over design variations. Managing full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors). Developing and maintaining excellent customer and full site team relationships. Ensure projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget. Always ensuring health & safety is followed. Ensuring professionalism is always adhered to. Overseeing weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings. Remuneration Package Industry leading and negotiated basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record). Fully expensed travel. Contributory pension scheme.
