Location: 9-13 High Street, Fulham, London, SW6 5JJ.
Contract Offered: Full-time, permanent
Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week contract. 6.40am to 3.20pm and 10.20am to 7pm, alternating between Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday. Hours are subject to change.
Additional Requirements:
* Must be vaccinated against Hepatitis B or able to get it following a successful interview.
* Must undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check, in line with Care Quality Commission guidelines.
Role Responsibilities:
* Conduct blood and urine sample collection, health measurements, and data entry into Patient Information Systems (PIS).
* Communicate sensitively to ensure client understanding and consent.
* Maintain accurate records and upload relevant documentation.
* Represent the company professionally at offsite events.
* Engage in upselling and cross-selling at our private health clinic.
* Drive sales and exceed targets.
* Complete forms, specimen labelling, and laboratory test order forms accurately.
* Demonstrate high IT literacy to manage various software systems.
* Previous phlebotomy experience and a certificate of competence required.
* Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
* Exemplary customer service skills and experience.
* Ability to manage existing clients and generate new clientele.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
* Confidence and experience working at external events.
* Valid UK driving license.
