Responsibilities
* Provide administration support to the Sexual Health Inequalties Team within NHS Fife's Sexual Health Service, Whyteman's Brae Hospital, Kirkcaldy.
* Demonstrate confident, organised, and interpersonal communication skills; maintain effective relationships with colleagues and the public.
* Possess excellent communication and typing skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* Perform in-depth secretarial and administrative duties including minute taking, and collation and distribution of meeting papers.
* Handle patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.
* Work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal supervision.
* Note that salary is pro rata to part-time hours.
* Consider applications on a secondment basis with prior agreement from the current line manager.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Previous administration experience is essential.
* Proven ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
* Strong communication and typing skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Aware of patient confidentiality and handling of patient information.
