About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Observability Consultant to join a growing Enterprise Observability Practice. This role is focused on delivering advisory, design, and implementation services across modern observability platforms, helping enterprise customers define and execute their observability strategies.
You will work across multiple engagements, supporting customers with the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and cost-effective observability solutions, while staying at the forefront of emerging technologies and tooling in the observability space.
Key Responsibilities
Observability Strategy & Advisory
* Lead discovery workshops to assess observability maturity and define tailored roadmaps aligned to business and IT objectives
* Evaluate existing monitoring and observability capabilities within enterprise environments
* Translate business and technical requirements into actionable observability use cases
* Advise on tooling, platforms, and best practices including OpenTelemetry, telemetry management, SRE principles, and SIEM vs observability approaches
