We have a great new role for a Technical Lead - Mobile Digital Network Products to join our Digital Network Transformation team. This Technical Lead role sits within the Digital Network Transformation Team and plays a critical part in shaping and delivering next‑generation mobile network digital products. You will be the technical authority for your product area, ensuring solutions are designed and delivered to be scalable, resilient and aligned to our long‑term mobile network strategy. You will lead complex transformation initiatives across the mobile planning, design, build and run value streams, working closely with architecture, security and multiple supplier teams. The role combines deep mobile network knowledge with modern software engineering, DevSecOps and cloud‑native practices, enabling faster time to market, lower operating costs and a better experience for our customers.
Must Haves
* Strong DevOps engineering background with hands‑on experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines for telecom or network workloads
* Deep practical understanding of mobile network architecture across RAN, transport and core, including delivery of live network changes
* Experience designing and operating cloud native telco platforms using Kubernetes or OpenShift and CNF‑based solutions
* Proven experience using automation frameworks to orchestrate and manage network functions at scale
* Experience working in regulated change environments with a strong focus on security, compliance and auditability
Additional Requirements
* Experience leading and technically governing third‑party or supplier engineering teams
* Exposure to network automation or closed‑loop operations within NOC or operational environments
* Strong understanding of observability, telemetry and operational KPIs for validating network change
* Experience defining and enforcing engineering standards, design patterns and best practices
* Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across technical and non‑technical audiences
