Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Business Reporting Accountant who can thrive in a business that values honesty and collaboration. You will support effective decision making through high-quality financial performance reporting across the business, including global sales by territory and channel, and cost centre reporting. You will provide insight into trends and variances against budgets and historical performance. You will produce concise, accurate monthly reports for managers, helping them understand and interpret the numbers to make informed decisions. Collaboration will be key as you support annual forecasting activities and the financial appraisal of new stores, monitor capital spend against departmental plans, and ensure robust processes are in place.

Responsibilities
* Produce high-quality financial performance reports across the business, including global sales by territory and channel, and cost centre reporting.
* Provide insights into trends and variances against budgets and historical performance.
* Support annual forecasting activities and the financial appraisal of new stores.
* Monitor ongoing investment in capital spend against departmental plans.
* Prepare concise monthly reports for managers and assist in interpreting the numbers to enable informed decision-making.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience in accounting/finance roles with strong reporting and analytical capabilities.
* Ability to work with integrity in demanding situations and maintain high standards.
* Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Location and Work Arrangement
