* To carry out in a timely and professional manner, under the direction of the Admin & Planning Manager, office duties & checking/stock duties within the warehouse.
* Adhere to Safe Systems of work (SSOW) and defined quality standards at all times.
* Communicate with external Micheldever depots & the Micheldever Stock allocation team.
* Communicate with Delivery Driver's on a daily basis.
* Ensure that all company health & safety policies and standards of housekeeping are adhered to at all times.
* Report all personnel or equipment related accidents immediately to the Team Leader on duty.
* Report any " near miss " incidents immediately that could have resulted in a personnal or equipment related accident to the Team Leader on duty.
* Ensure all administration documentation is completed accurately to the required standards
* Ensure that all DHL and Customer quality standards are adhered to at all times.
