Job overview
The Head of Change will lead the shaping of the transformation agenda for EEAST. The primary purpose of the role is to act as a single point of coordination for all transformation across the Trust, ensuring strategic optimisation of the Transformation Portfolio to achieve the EEAST Strategy 2025-30. The role holder will support the most critical programmes currently in delivery in the Trust, and lead the PMO team to ensure consistent design and delivery of programmes within the Transformation Portfolio.
Main duties of the job
Lead the coordination of the design and delivery of the Transformation Portfolio, comprising significant multi-year transformation programmes across the Trust, that deliver the strategic change required to improve performance and deliver the EEAST Strategy 2025 - 30.
