Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day servicing of commercial insurance accounts.
* Prepare quotes, proposals, renewals, and endorsements.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers.
* Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
* Support Producers/Account Executives in growing the book of business.
* Process new business, renewal, and mid-term adjustments efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Acquire new business through quotations and renewal terms.
* Understand changing market conditions and comply with all standards.
* Deliver sales and growth within your area.
* Arrange cover to meet client instructions and business needs.
* Ensure accuracy of all documentation and review reports as necessary.
* Maintain accurate client and prospect records.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external clients.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Cert CII beneficial but not essential.
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and procedures.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Stakeholder management skills up to senior executive level.
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
