Role Overview As an Administrator at Aces Eye Clinic, you will be a key point of contact for patients, staff, and external partners. You will manage administrative tasks, support clinical staff, ensure efficient patient flow, and help maintain a welcoming and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Answer phones, and manage enquiries professionally Book and confirm appointments, manage schedules and diaries Maintain patient records and data entry (ensuring confidentiality and compliance) Liaise with clinicians, staff, and external providers (e.g. labs, suppliers) Support general office tasks (filing, photocopying, scanning, mail) Assist with clinic communications, letters, emails, and patient correspondence Requirements Essential: Previous administrative or office experience Strong customer service skills, friendly and professional manner Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Good IT skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure Desirable: Experience in the healthcare or ophthalmic field Familiarity with medical/clinic management software What We Offer Friendly, supportive team environment Opportunities for training and development Chance to make a real difference in patients’ lives Aces Eye Clinic is committed to equal opportunities.
