Accounts and Office Administrator
Established in 2007, Poppy Signs Ltd is a family run manufacturing company based in Chorley.
We are looking for an experienced office administrator to join our team of 2. The role will involve supporting the team in all aspects of running a busy office.
Key responsibilities
* Managing phone calls, logging and directing calls. Dealing with customers.
* Processing supplier invoices, managing reports and dealing with queries.
* Raising sales invoices, statements and credit control.
* Recording receipts and assisting in bank reconciliations.
* Recording time keeping, holidays and sickness - assisting in HR duties.
* General administration and sales order processing.
Key Attributes
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Competent in Microsoft Office.
* Experience of using accounting software preferably Sage.
* Organised, disciplined and able to manage workload independently.
* Proactive, positive and showing initiative.

Part time 20-25 hours flexible
£26,500 - £30,000 – pro rata dependent on experience
