We are seeking a confident, customer focused Showroom Manager to lead the sales and daily operations of our stunning kitchen and bathroom showroom in Gloucester. This is a high-autonomy role ideal for someone with strong commercial drive and a passion for design, customer experience, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the full showroom operation, ensuring an exceptional customer journey from first visit to installation.
* Drive sales performance through expert product knowledge, design consultation, and effective follow-up.
* Develop and execute local sales and marketing initiatives to increase footfall and conversion.
* Manage stock presentation, merchandising, and showroom standards to reflect our premium brand.
* Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, installers, and internal teams.
* Analyse performance data and create strategies to grow the showroom into a £1m+ revenue department.
* Lead, coach, and motivate any supporting staff to deliver outstanding service and results.
What We’re Looking For
A commercially minded, self-driven professional with showroom, design, or premium retail experience. You should be comfortable taking ownership, making decisions independently, and shaping the showroom’s future growth.
Duties And Responsibilities
* Guide customers through the full kitchen & bathroom design and sales process.
* Listen to customer needs and ensure their requirements are met.
* Identify and recommend products best suited to customer needs.
* Ensure customer satisfaction.
* Pro-actively generate new business.
* Provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications And Skills
* Previous experience working in a similar role is essential.
* Sound knowledge of kitchen and bathroom products.
* Experience using 20-20 Fusion planning software or similar.
* Confident dealing with customers.
* The ability to build great customer relationships.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience of managing a team
* Someone who has experience in kitchen / bathroom sales.
