Customer Experience & Culture Assistant

Salary: £25k - £27k

Type: Full-time, office-based role

Location: Guildford, with once a month travel to Luton

Our client is a growing family-run business focused on providing exceptional customer service. We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience / Culture Assistant to join a fast-paced team in Guildford.

This role is within the customer experience team. You will be the first point of contact for both external customers and internal employees, managing company socials, events, benefits, and contributing to a positive work environment.

They are looking for someone who embodies their values and is a people person, over specific experience.

Main duties include:

1. Assisting and managing onsite Customer Experience
2. Maintaining high-quality facilities with the Customer Experience Team
3. Managing customer communication
4. Supervising business events
5. Supervising the efficient running of the office
6. Assisting operational staff

4. Ability to work independently and in a team
5. Flexibility and adaptability
6. Strong work ethic
