About the Role
As a Company Secretary Administrator, you'll be a vital support for a range of private and listed fund clients. Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating and attending board and committee meetings, managing agendas, and meticulously drafting minutes.
* Preparing and distributing board packs to ensure smooth meeting operations.
* Liaising with legal advisors and registrars to maintain clear communication channels.
* Overseeing statutory filings to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant governance standards.
* Supporting the setup of new entities and assisting with onboarding processes.
* Maintaining accurate company records and systems.
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will bring:
* 1-3 years of experience as a UK company Secretary.
* A strong understanding of minute-taking and excellent organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
* While not essential, knowledge of UK Listing Rules, MAR, and relevant regulatory frameworks would be a plus.
* A CGI qualification (or actively studying towards it) is highly desirable.
