Complaints Handler
Salary: £24,500 per annum + discretionary annual bonus
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, working Monday - Friday, with shifts between 8am - 6pm
Location: Training on site: Week 1 Monday and Tuesday in office. Week 2 Monday - Friday in office. Remote thereafter.
Start Date: 1st December 2025

About the Role
