Are you a specialist in learning systems who thrives at the intersection of technology, data, and strategy? At Ingeus, were looking for a Digital Learning & Systems Lead to drive innovation and capability through our digital learning platforms and apprenticeship frameworks.
This is not a traditional L&D role - its a technical enablement position that places you at the centre of our digital learning ecosystem. You'll take ownership of our LMS and learning systems, lead the evolution of our e-learning offer, and support business-wide capability through intelligent, data-driven learning solutions.
What you'll be doing:
Owning and optimising our LMS and digital learning tools, ensuring they're intuitive, scalable, and business-aligned.
Partnering across People & Culture, IT and the business to deliver impactful digital learning and systems solutions.
Leading data and reporting practices across learning tech - turning usage insights into action.
Supporting and coordinating our apprenticeship offer to ensure it's responsive, high-quality, and aligned to future skills needs.
Driving content quality and compliance, using the latest tools to shape the learning experience.
What you'll bring:
Deep experience in learning platforms and technologies (e.g. Moodle, authoring tools).
Strong knowledge of LMS administration, e-learning development, and digital compliance.
Proven ability to manage tech-focused learning projects and build effective systems and data strategies.
A passion for enabling people through technology, not just delivering content.
Experience in developing and coordinating apprenticeship programmes, including managing provider relationships, maintaining the Digital Apprenticeship Service, and ensuring business-wide alignment.
