The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to drive new business across the North East. This is a consultative, field-based role focused on developing a pipeline and winning new contracts across sectors such as construction, property management, facilities management and healthcare. You will engage with stakeholders including site managers, procurement and operations teams, identifying risks and delivering tailored security and property protection solutions.
The location
Newcastle and surrounding areas, ideally within a 45-minute commute.
Requirements
* Proven B2B sales experience in a consultative environment
* Experience selling into relevant sectors is advantageous
* Strong organisational skills and ability to build long-term pipelines
* Comfortable managing a full sales cycle and working autonomously
The Package
£40,000 - 45,000 basic, £5,000 car allowance, uncapped earning potential with a realistic OTE of £70,000 in year 1 and benefits package including holiday allowance and pension.
