* Performing short‑circuit, lightning impulse, thermal, and related design calculations to support robust transformer performance
* Contributing to detailed transformer design activity and advising the Drawing Office team on best‑practice issues
* Using 3D FEA, 2D FEA, thermal or electromagnetic analysis to support design decisions and technical problem solving
* Working with Transformer Manufacturing to solve problems and develop best practices
* Supporting tender and contract design projects while balancing product performance, project cost, and time to market
* Communicating with other power transformer teams to help apply standards and best practices consistently
* Representing GE Vernova from a technical viewpoint in front of customers and supporting design reviews and approval meetings
* Contributing to product improvement and cost‑out initiatives that strengthen competitiveness and engineering value
