This is an opportunity to play a key role in driving the success of our well-regarded specimen management product portfolio. Based in our Winnersh office, this role offers a balance between on-site collaboration and flexibility, with one remote working day per week. Professional travel may be required to meet customers and engage in team meetings.
You will develop and implement strategies to enhance growth, profitability, and market presence while ensuring the smooth management of the product lifecycle. Working closely with internal teams and customers, you will bring expertise in product positioning, branding, and technical support to drive portfolio excellence.
Responsibilities
1. Develop strategies, tools, and initiatives to drive product growth, profitability, and predictability.
2. Manage and support programmes that ensure commercial success, including all aspects of the market mix.
3. Coordinate the product lifecycle, ensuring effective positioning and competitive differentiation.
4. Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical expertise for product launches.
5. Monitor product quality and availability, supporting forecasting and demand planning.
6. Design and implement training programmes to support product knowledge across teams.
7. Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
8. Support the development and execution of marketing strategies in collaboration with regional and global teams.
Qualifications
* Degree in marketing, science, or a similar field.
* Experience in product management or marketing within diagnostics or medical devices.
* Knowledge of product positioning, branding, and managing multiple product launches.
* Ability to work with product management and CRM systems, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Skilled at analyzing data with the ability to translate insights into action.
* Highly organised, able to prioritise and manage multiple projects effectively.
* A proactive approach that combines creative and analytical thinking.

Compensation and Benefits
