Overview
Job Title: Events & Partnerships Manager
Position: Full-time, on-site role based in the MetroWest/Boston area (5 days per week)
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies aligned with brand objectives, target audience, and key business goals.
* Identify and secure high-profile event opportunities (e.g., sponsorships, experiential marketing, product launches, and consumer experiences).
* Oversee North America events calendar and budget.
* Lead the planning and execution of upscale events that reflect the premium nature of the brand.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of events into broader marketing campaigns.
Event Management & Execution
* Manage run-of-show details outlining all activities, timings, and responsibilities of vendors and internal staff.
* Oversee all event logistics from start to finish, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, staffing, permits, equipment rentals, booth design and fabrication, brand merch, venue setup, event marketing, and overseeing product deliveries.
* Be present on-site during pre-event build and throughout the show.
* Ensure events are executed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
* Manage multiple events simultaneously, keeping them on track and flawless in execution.
* Lead on-site event execution, manage teams, and troubleshoot challenges as they arise.
* Effectively manage agencies and any freelancers/consultants.
* Liaise with Global Brand team to support international partnerships.
Partnership Management
* Cultivate and maintain relationships with sponsorship teams and vendors.
* Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring clear deliverables and benefits.
* Collaborate with partners to create innovative marketing campaigns and event experiences.
* Ensure partnership requirements and guidelines are followed, including necessary approvals for marketing executions and contractual requirements.
Marketing & Promotion
* Work with the Marketing Team to develop strategies promoting events and partnerships across channels (social media, digital advertising, influencers, website, and PR).
* Create compelling content and assist with influencer events in partnership with Digital Marketing Manager.
* Ensure all communications reflect the FAGE brand’s tone and visual identity.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
* Monitor and report on key event performance metrics.
* Analyze event data and partnership success, providing insights and recommendations for future events and strategies.
* Track budgets, ensuring events are delivered on time and within financial parameters.
* Present updates to marketing team and executives.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Requires travel, on-site event management, and weekend availability.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related area.
* 5+ years of experience in event management, brand partnerships, preferably within the CPG or B2C sector.
* Proven ability to manage high-profile, luxury, or premium events.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
* Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to handle high-pressure situations and tight deadlines with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
* Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
* Creative thinker with a passion for delivering excellent event experiences.
* Strong analytical skills to assess event success and optimize future strategies.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external partners.
