Senior Sales Negotiator – Islington, N1 ( + 4 months Guarantee)
Property Sales experience is a bonus; charisma, determination, energy, and an outgoing personality are essential. The role involves the full Property Sales process from generating viewings to negotiating and completing deals. Build long‑term relationships with clients and buyers, focus on targets, and work as a team player.
Responsibilities
* Coordinating canvassing activities to generate new business
* Coordinating property valuations and listings
* Effectively marketing properties to attract potential buyers
* Matching prospective buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly
* Maintaining regular contact with vendors, buyers, and other relevant parties
* Dealing with financial/legal matters related to the sales process
* Guiding vendors and buyers through the sales process from agreement of the sale to legal completion
* Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis
Qualifications and Skills
* Target‑driven with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment
* Excellent communication skills and concise articulation
* Enjoys working in a team environment
* Desire to progress and challenge yourself continually
* Minimum of 2 years Estate Agency experience (trainees considered)
* Full valid UK driving licence (pool car provided)
* Aged 21 or older for car insurance purposes
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:50 am – 6:30 pm; Friday 8:50 am – 6:00 pm; every second Saturday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Salary: £20,000 per annum basic + 4‑month guarantee, OTE around £55,000 per annum (depending on experience). Pool car available.
