Reporting into the Commercial Director, and as part of the commercial team, the role of Logistics and Operations Coordinator is an essential function that sits at the heart of operations, pulling together the smooth coordination of orders, inventory, logistics and customer communication across the business. By combining strong administrative, logistics, and communication skills, you will help deliver a seamless customer experience while ensuring efficient order fulfilment and stock management.
In order to achieve this, you will need solid experience with ERP systems, have hands-on warehouse/inventory/stock management experience, (including preparing a weekly stock inventory report), act as a key customer contact providing information on products, pricing, stock availability, and delivery timelines. You will also have proven experience in import / export administration to ensure export documentation compliance.
To succeed in this role, key attributes include strong analytical, numerical, organisational and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. With an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment you will be a confident communicator with the ability to liaise across multiple teams and external partners.
