About the role
You’ll design and build the pipelines and models that power how data flows across the business - from source through to reporting.
Working closely with teams across Hush, you’ll help make data reliable, accessible, and genuinely useful in day-to-day decisions.
What you’ll do
* Build and optimise data pipelines and models for reporting and analytics
* Work with stakeholders to translate data needs into scalable solutions
* Ensure data is accurate, reliable, and easy to access
* Support teams and partners with timely, high-quality data delivery
* Develop datasets for BI tools and reporting environments
* Troubleshoot data issues and improve data quality across systems
* Help enable self-service reporting where it makes sense
* Document processes and share best practice across the team
What you’ll bring
* Strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of data modelling
* Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift or similar)
* Working knowledge of Python (or similar)
* Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Preset etc.)
* Someone who can explain complex things simply
* Detail‑oriented, curious, and solutions‑focused
