Robert Half is partnering with one of the UKâs most loved hospitality brands.
Theyâre growing globally (US expansion underway) and now need a Senior ER Manager to own the function and shape how people matters are handled across a fast-paced, multi-site business.
đ The Role
This is a hands-on, high-impact ER leadership role where youâll be the go-to expert across the business.
Youâll:
* Lead complex & high-risk ER cases end-to-end
* Act as the key escalation point for all ER matters
* Partner closely with the Head of People to take full ownership of ER
* Coach and influence managers to make fair, confident decisions
* Manage external relationships (ACAS, legal, tribunals)
* Use data to spot trends, risks & opportunities
* Support on evolving employment law & policy changes
Youâll also have 1 direct report (ER Case Manager) - experienced and largely self-sufficient, so this is about guidance rather than heavy management.
