£30,000 to £32,000 DOE
Our client, a life changing charity is looking for a PA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working at the centre of leadership and decision-making.
As a PA you will be providing support to the Senior Leadership Team. You will play a critical role in keeping the leadership team organised, effective, and focused on delivering life-changing work for vulnerable children around the world. This is a one year FTC for Maternity Cover.
PA Key Responsibilities
* Executive Support: Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence for senior leaders
* Key Liaison: Act as a central point of contact between directors, internal teams, and external partners
* Organisation & Planning: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents with accuracy and attention to detail
* Event Coordination: Organise meetings, conferences, prayer gatherings, away days, and social events
* Project Support: Assist with ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
* Travel Management: Coordinate travel logistics including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
* Team Support: Provide wider administrative support across the directorate as needed
About You
* Proven experience supporting senior executives or directors
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Passionate about working in a mission-driven organisation
