Thanks for taking the time to look at the job advert for the Communications Manager post. We're a friendly bunch at West London, and the Communications Team works hard to deliver the Trust's strategic objectives.
I'm looking for someone who will oversee the delivery and ongoing development of the Trust's partner and stakeholder engagement activity, using a range of internal and external communication channels in support of organisational priorities.
Main duties of the job
You will ensure effective and proactive delivery of communications and stakeholder engagement activities to support key objectives and co-ordination and consistency of planned and reactive activity.
You will also play a vital role in promoting and protecting the reputation of the Trust's partnerships with provider organisations, at borough level and within the community. As such, forming strong and trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders across a wide and dispersed geography will be key to the role.
In addition, i'm looking for a communications professional who will be confident in delivering high-quality, evidence-led and well-evaluated communications plans, events and campaigns for a range of audiences.
It's worth noting that from the outset that as part of this role, you will be required to work at least 60% of the time from one of our Trust sites, in line with our agile working policy.
