As an IT Assistant, you will provide essential support to our IT team, ensuring that staff and students can effectively use technology in their day-to-day activities. This is a great opportunity to develop your technical skills while working in a collaborative and friendly environment. What You’ll Be Doing: IT Support & Troubleshooting – Assisting staff and students with IT queries, setting up devices, and resolving basic technical issues. Device Setup & Maintenance – Helping with the setup, distribution, and maintenance of computers, tablets, and other IT equipment. User Assistance & Training – Supporting staff and students with basic IT training and creating simple user guides. IT Asset Management – Helping track IT equipment and ensuring devices are properly stored and maintained. General IT Support – Assisting the IT team with day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring IT policies are followed.
