Our people are our success, and we work as one team. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an IT Analyst - Portal Solutions Configuration. This role is ideal for candidates either with experience or who are eager to learn and develop their skills, even if they do not have prior experience in the field of solutions configuration. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed in this role. This role will have a specific Portals focus and will be involved in developing client solutions using both the existing technology stack including HighQ, Sharepoint and Microsoft technology and technology platforms that may be utilised by the firm in the future. This role can be based out of any of our UK offices and our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests. Candidate Overview We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience: Experience in an IT technology focused role – with a strong desire to learn and upskill in portals technologies. Experience of complying with processes preferably within professional services is desirable. Strong attention to detail with with the ability to work accurately to tight deadlines. Handles change well and can adapt to manage/prioritise a varied and busy workload. Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously. Customer centric - committed to excellent service delivery with a positive can-do approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of establishing immediate rapport.
