Finance Business Partner - Permanent Role
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum (Negotiable based on experience)
Location: Perth area

Our client, a well-established organisation in the Manufacturing sector, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Business Partner to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the financial management of the company and contribute to its continued success.
The FBP will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the business, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support financial management of the business
* Assist with year-end audit and statutory accounts
* Prepare Management Accounts (journals, accruals, prepayments)
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
* Support VAT returns and CIS payments
* Conduct financial analysis and drive continuous improvement
Skills and Experience:
* Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ICAS, or equivalent) or qualified by experience
* Proven experience in a similar role with solid understanding of accounting principles
* Experience in Construction, Manufacturing, or similar industry is highly desirable
* Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive approach with focus on continuous improvement
