We are recruiting for a Health and Wellness Coordinator to support the CEO of a managed building provider that owns and operates multiple buildings across London.

This is a unique role that blends lifestyle management, wellness support, and office assistance. The position will involve helping the CEO stay on track with health and wellbeing goals, including managing routines around weight, diet, and exercise, while also acting as a reliable runner for errands and day-to-day tasks. The roles will report into the CEO’s PA, supporting them to ensure the CEO’s schedule, commitments, and daily routines run smoothly.

Beyond the wellness element, the role will also involve supporting daily routines, schedules, and logistics to help maintain structure and consistency across personal and work priorities.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the CEO in maintaining health and wellness routines, including diet, exercise, and weight goals
* Coordinate and organise training sessions, workouts, and appointments
* Record and track basic health and performance metrics
* Monitor progress against agreed fitness and lifestyle targets
* Run errands and assist with day-to-day logistics and tasks
* Help maintain consistent daily routines and habits
* Support structured day-start and day-end routines
* Keep personal and work environments organised and ready for the day
* Track tasks and ensure agreed actions are completed
* Work closely with and report into the CEO’s PA
