Responsibilities
* Partner with the Head of SEO to execute best‑in‑class SEO strategies that drive growth for selected sites within the Core Beauty division, focusing on e‑commerce performance for THG Brands.
* Take partial ownership of the execution, delivery and performance of the agreed SEO strategy, ensuring alignment with overarching commercial goals.
* Provide clear and consistent reporting of SEO KPIs and performance insights weekly and monthly to senior SEO leadership, offering actionable recommendations.
* Oversee the project management and day‑to‑day delivery of SEO initiatives, including on‑page optimisation, technical improvements and content enhancements, tracking progress through weekly status updates.
* Support junior SEO team members, ensuring high‑quality execution of strategies and investing in their ongoing professional development through mentorship and structured training.
* Continuously upskill and improve SEO capabilities.
* Collaborate effectively with other SEOs across the division to share insights, standardise practices and drive collective success.
* Consolidate learnings and performance data into clear insights, using these to develop scalable, innovative SEO solutions that fuel organic growth.
* Contribute to the creation of monthly and annual forecasts for the organic channel, helping set realistic and ambitious performance targets.
* Maintain a strong grasp of industry trends, algorithm updates and SEO best practices, ensuring we remain at the forefront of organic search innovation.
* Work cross‑functionally with teams across e‑commerce, retail, PPC, social, content and marketing to ensure SEO is fully integrated into all digital activity, providing expertise to inform campaign planning, product launches, promotional activity and content development, maximising visibility and engagement.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years experience in SEO covering technical, on‑page and content.
* E‑commerce health and beauty background preferable.
* Proven experience delivering successful SEO strategies for e‑commerce websites.
* Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools and core SEO tools such as Deep Crawl, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush and Google Search Console.
* Experience with various LLM solutions.
* Ambitious, proactive and passionate about SEO.
* Strong team player.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver quality work within tight deadlines.
