3. Leading the asset management strategy and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Overseeing the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance programmes.
5. Managing external contractors and ensuring quality of work.
6. Maintaining comprehensive records of all assets and compliance checks.
7. Reporting on asset performance and compliance to the senior management team.
8. Identifying and managing risks related to assets and compliance.
9. Maintain up to date knowledge on building safety and the current regulations.
10. Monitoring and controlling expenditure against budget.
11. Contributing to the company's sustainability and resident welfare goals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Asset & Compliance Manager should have:
