Lettings Negotiator
Are you looking to join a reputable, leading, award winning estate agency?
We are seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join our clients growing team in Mansfield, working in a very busy lettings department your day will be varied and fun.
As a key player in their lettings team, you will be responsible for facilitating property viewings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients throughout the lettings process.
What do you need as an Lettings Negotiator:
* Ideally 1 years experience in Lettings or Property Management
* High level of customer service
* Good telephone manner and a positive attitude
* Able to commute to Mansfield and surrounding areas
* Valid drivers licence
What to expect as an Lettings Negotiator
* Earn £40k+ OTE
* Guarantee for the first 3-6 months
* Minimum £500 per month Commission.
* Monday - Friday and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 9-1
* Car required (mileage paid @ 45p per mile)
