This position requires strong technical expertise combined with key competencies such as attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. You will work collaboratively within a team, demonstrating effective communication, adaptability under pressure, and a commitment to delivering consistent results in a dynamic manufacturing setting. Health & Safety Responsibilities * Ensure compliance with LT Foods UKs health & safety, food safety, and quality assurance standards. * Report any hazards, incidents, or near misses promptly to the Production Manager or Shift Supervisor. * Support the implementation of safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment. * Participate in health and safety briefings and training sessions as required.
