Win as a Team
We are currently recruiting for a Product & Channel Manager to join our existing Product Department on a hybrid basis. This role can be based from Manchester, Liverpool or Glasgow.
You’ll Make An Impact By
* Lead end-to-end development of eTrade products delivering excellent commercial and customer outcomes
* Have responsibility for the lifecycle of eTrade portfolios, setting strategic direction and shaping compelling propositions
* Partner with Pricing, Sales, Data & Analytics, Finance and wider teams to deliver an insight-led trading strategy
* Monitor deal and portfolio performance, identifying opportunities internally and externally to accelerate growth and improve returns
* Strengthen broker relationships through collaboration with Sales teams and key partners
* Work closely with Operations teams to align trading requirements, processes and performance
Your Skills And Experience
* Experience developing and trading digital insurance products
* Excellent understanding of eTrade platforms and digital trading environments
* Experience managing multiple product structures, rules and frameworks
* Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data and insight into clear, actionable strategies
* Commercial mindset with a focus on profitable growth and customer value
* Effective collaborator and communicator with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to varied audiences
* Understanding of P&L management and portfolio performance
