Qualifications:
* Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
* Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
* Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs
* Strong knowledge of behavioral modification techniques and data-driven practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Location:

Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
* Implement and oversee the delivery of behavioral services in alignment with BIPs
* Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to ensure effective communication and support
* Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting strategies as needed
* Provide training and support to staff on behavioral techniques and best practices
* Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall development of student goals
