Supply Teachers Needed – Brackley

Coba Education is currently recruiting Secondary Supply Teachers to work on a day-to-day and long-term basis across a range of welcoming and supportive schools.

The Role

As a supply teacher, you will:

• Deliver pre-set lessons or adapt plans as needed
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Support students’ learning and development
• Provide feedback to the school where required

What We’re Looking For

• QTS or ECT status OR
• A minimum of 3 months UK teaching experience
• Strong classroom management skills
• A proactive and flexible approach
• A genuine passion for teaching and supporting students
