Role Description
This is a one off ONE DAY role - on-site in Truro, Cornwall Sushi / Japanese Teacher for the chef school this October. The Sushi / Japanese Chef will be responsible for teaching their skills to other chefs. Good day rate offered.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Skills
* Specialized knowledge in Seafood and Sushi preparation
* Strong Hygiene practices
* Experience in teaching and sharing culinary techniques
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to inspire and mentor others
* Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment is a plus
* Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
