About The School: This school, established in April 2023, is committed to providing tailored support for students with a range of Special Educational Needs. With a capacity for 50 students, they prioritise a holistic approach to education, focusing not only on academic progress but also on social skills, personal growth, and readiness for future pathways. Position: SEN Teacher Location: Wilmslow, Cheshire Contract Type: Full-time Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: Paid to scaleKey Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective teaching to meet the diverse needs of the students, promoting progress academically, socially, and emotionally. Design and implement a varied curriculum, incorporating life skills development and preparation for qualifications. Provide mentorship and support to Teaching Assistants, nurturing their professional growth and collaboration within the team. Uphold school policies, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding and equal opportunities for all students.
