About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, nurturing, and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our welcoming primary school in Warrington. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate practitioner who is committed to providing outstanding early years education and helping children develop a lifelong love of learning.
The successful candidate will create a stimulating, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that supports children's academic, social, and emotional development. The role is full-time Monday-Friday and will involve delivering full teaching remit
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and supportive classroom environment.
* Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress effectively.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents.
* Promote positive behaviour and children's wellbeing.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school community.
Person Specification
Essential
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment requirements.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Desirable
* Experience supporting children with SEND.
* Knowledge of phonics programmes.
* Experience of outdoor learning and play-based approaches.
