This role will see you overseeing the work of external consultants and your be responsible for cost control whilst meeting timescales. Its vital that you have a full understanding of the development process and have worked within a housing or multi disciplinary environment. You must have a thorough understanding of the construction legislations and hold a recognised industry qualification within architecture or engineering. A full UK driving licence is required.
