Your future, your role
As a Practice Manager, you'll be:
* Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
* Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationshipManaging compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
* Interpreting financial data, including profit and loss accounts, to make commercial decisions
