Equans is looking for a Caretaker to join our team at Kirkby High, Bracknall Ave, Liverpool, L32 9PP.
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. The salary ranges from £25,000 to £26,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience, along with a benefits package.
Shift times
Morning shift: 06:30 - 13:30
Late shift: 14:00 - 21:00
Requirements
Enhanced DBS clearance is required for this role; the ability to pass this check is essential.
Responsibilities
The role involves general site management, including planned and reactive building maintenance, porterage, security, reception duties, and acting as a key link between Equans and the school.

Candidate profile
* Experience in a trade or similar role is preferred but not essential
* H&S experience, manual handling, and working at height knowledge are preferred but not essential
* Excellent customer service skills
* Understanding of COSHH guidelines and colour coding
* Proficient in email and basic IT skills
* Enhanced DBS certification required (to be applied for upon start)
